the process consisted in an interview with HR, then with a potential peer, a case study proposition and, finally, the case presentation, all of those were eliminatory steps. I spoke mainly Portuguese during the interview with HR but had my English tested by the interviewer, then, all following steps were held in English. at all times the job description was brought up to make sure I understood what was expected and what I was signing up for.
The HR team was very fast-responding and we were able to schedule all the steps very easily, too. I also received constant reassurance of deadlines and next steps at each phase, making the process run smoothly.
