Best safety consciousness I have ever witnessed.Leadership is overall great and super supportive generally, though there are some bad managers among the bunch , amazon tends to eliminate poor bosses as they ask for constant feedback from the workers about the bosses.Amazon literally has events every other week/month to celebrate and give back to their employees.
