TRMS No Work Life Balance. New Managers are from call centers and on the older side thus Amazon has lost it highly energetic and innovative approach to deal with employees. No social life, will be expected to work on weekends and night shifts (Friday Night,Saturday Night etc) or early morning shifts like logging in at 6 am on Sundays. Shift change after 3 months.
