They do obsess over customers and invent new ways of doing things to earn trust and deliver results all while learning and remaining curious and being frugal at hiring and developing the best deep divers that can display ownership.

Check out "the F.A.C.E. of Amazon" on Google. Every horror story is there. You will not learn nearly as much from Glassdoor as you will by doing yourself a favor and checking out F.A.C.E. Amazon is truly a terrible place on human beings (both Corporate -- my background, and Fulfillment Center)
