-managers are not intelligent, but very stubborn+ not willing to communicate. They micromanage associates. They know nothing about real work, but just push associates to meet the goal. They always change policies, tell lies, trying to deceive associates to cover up their faults and mistakes. -Compared to other Korean large companies, Amazon perks are very poor. -when there is internal hiring or opportunity, only the ones favored by management are selected. Their performance/work ability do not matter much. If you are a "yes man," never questioning decisions, you will be okay. They will tell you to speak up and ask questions, but do not be fooled by their lies. They will not like you. -THIS IS A "CALL CENTER." -Inconsistent schedule, you need to be able to work on weekends and holidays.
