Hierarchy is not flat as they claim it to be, managers and site leads seem to dictate mood of business on a daily basis. IT is appalling, their idea of fixing or problem solving is issuing a new laptop, causing endless delays. It's all about numbers and stats, not quality. Lack of employee moral. & team spirit. reigns amongst staff. Growth is sparse. As an employee, your opinion is not valued unless you're a developer or scientist, even then I'm not sure what level of understanding they have towards genuine needs to build better processes, maintain staff moral, improve attitudes. I spent most of my time there complaining about the poor attitudes off staff and misguided process often leading in double work.
