(example:3.5 hours of vacation per paycheck) which isn't a lot since 1 work day is 10 hours. -you will work most holidays if it falls on a day you are normally scheduled to work -some holidays are paid at the same rate as a regular work day and not at an overtime rate -the 10 hour work days can be pretty long -its physically demanding
