On the flip side, others are relentless at finding new streams of cash by identifying underserved market segments or identifying completely new segments. Long hours, making tough choices on what gets delivered, complex systems. I've seen time and time again where managers try to push lower level staff to do more and more and more - and in many cases the staff members are incompetent beyond their original skill set. Not everyone here is a bright bulb and some are continually rewarded despite their lack of knowledge/skill/tact.
