No Perks apart from salary. Manager and Senior Manager level is not that supportive. Too Diplomatic for a tech company( I think its more in India ). Too much interference from them. On Call Support for 24/7 . Scrum is run by managers where it should be run by SDEs . No Work Life Balance.
