The company's stock performance has been very strong which makes the low salary ranges easier to deal with during reviews. There is still a lot of "out of the box" thinking when tackling problems. There is accountability within all levels of the company.

There is a "promotion" ceiling in the company - once you get to a certain level it is nearly impossible to get promoted to the next level, especially on the business side. There continues to be weak communication links between levels of management which often causes redundant work for employees.
