People leave every week. - Toxic frugal culture, too cheap to give you the proper tools for you to do your job (software licenses, equipment, etc) - Dog eat dog culture, political as it gets - Lack of collaboration, people are willing to throw each other under the bus to further themselves - Lack of trust from management, management micromanages and even if you have data to prove why things should be a certain way, they will tell you to do it their way because they override you - No one cares about making a quality product, it's always about just shipping things that just work and never revisiting to optimize or improve the product.
