Everyone has sense of awareness on the programs they work 5) Above par compensation benefits 6) Management focus is high on employees comfort, ease of working, satisfaction. 1) While all the trainings and onboarding sessions happened through mandatory training schedules, it would be really a great employee experience for first time joiners if there is a virtual (during covid) or in person onboarding session done for 1-2 days. It really gives a great feeling of belongingness to the company and will be nice feeling. This happens in even large organisations too. Not sure why this is not being considered
