A lot of "not invented here" -- if you can play it right, you can build quite an engineering portfolio for yourself 4. If you are an adrenaline junkie -- you will enjoy the rush of having to fix a broken website in real-time. 5. Management seems to recognize some failures and is remedying them, slowly but surely.
