Affinity groups are also in place for employee to be able to discuss things outside of direct teammate or line manager. - Competitive compensation, although the stock bonus they emphasize starts slowly, only after full 2 years and you get the total bonus only at the end of the 4th year. - I had this image that Amazon will make people work like hell, but I found they ramp up my workload slowly. There is a ton of online training to go through the first 3 months.

Almost never met my colleagues, everything is done online. For a new starter, it's not easy to feel included in the team. Hopefully we get to go back to meet more often at the office. I am not a big fan of 5 days WFH.
