AWS might be good. But you feel like you're always stressed out even when there is no work. The PIP culture is draining and you feel enslaved by their harsh policies and sometimes feels quite dehumanizing. Maybe thats why not many people stay for long.

Lack of empathy with employees. Frupidity culture. Slow, politics, no more competent engineers as in the previous decade.
