The work environment is a mixture of massive business, suboptimal BI tools, non-existing processes and conflicting objectives; all paired with short deadlines and expectation of high quality deliverables. Since the company is large and corporate/administrative processes doesn't scale efficiently, it's up to the worker to fill this gap with his own life.
