Frugality in everything 5. No consideration to employees 6. Meaningless leadership principles. 7. favoritism 8. No fixed roadmap (atleast this was the case with our team) 9. Any lateral employee will find the Amazon work culture a little harsh on the employees 10. Weekends are usually spent just preparing for the hectic weekdays
