With no external competition, there is little drive for innovation or efficiency. Critical **S-team goals have been running for eight years with no meaningful output**. - **Lack of Technical Challenges & Learning Opportunities** The entire architecture across teams is **highly templatized**, meaning there is **nothing new to learn**. The engineering problems lack complexity, and **there are no technical challenges related to traffic at scale**—with maximum TPS being **less than 1**. - **Non-Technical Leadership & Blame Culture** The engineering organization is led by **non-technical L7, L8, L10, and SVPs**, resulting in a **lack of execution and accountability**. To maintain their positions, leaders **shift blame onto L6 SDMs, SDEs, and TPMs**, creating **a toxic, fear-driven culture**. In an effort to justify leadership inefficiencies, **50% of L6 leads are pushed into PIP**. - **No Space for Diverse Opinions or Innovation** The culture discourages **dissenting viewpoints**, stifling creativity and **preventing meaningful innovation**. Devi essere auto motivato. NESSUNO ti terrà per mano e ti dirà che stai facendo un ottimo lavoro. Se hai bisogno di continue affermazioni da parte del management, questa azienda non fa per te.
