Vantaggi
Very few to be honest. The buildings are nice, they make pretty slide decks, that's about it
Svantaggi
Completely toxic. Everyone is "Deloitte Nice" (see also: fake) and constantly maneuvering to get themselves promoted at the expense of their colleagues. Every town hall is scripted, you can't ask questions, and all the sycophants fawn over the PPMD's ("OMG, you're sooooo AMAZING, Roger!") to get attention over their peers. PPMD are fighting over pennies in profit splits after the firm lost 3/4 of its federal business. They beat up the Senior Manager level people to sell constantly, even things their clients totally don't need. Instead of genuine innovation they're just a low end reseller with high prices at this point. Unethical. They invest heavily in their very junior people who have no skills or experience while trying to convince the government they're worth insanely high rates. Totally ridiculous. They treat their PDM practitioners like garbage, giving them zero training, horrible benefits, and no bench time while holding them to impossible standards to fund the do nothing PPMD and junior people. Nothing but an ATM to pay for firm leadership failures.
