Horrible Office work life management: You will be a slave if you are on work visa, working past 5, and even into saturdays Clique culture: Koreans are obvious treated way better and they have snobby attitude towards other races. New HR is very discriminatory. Selective company policy enforcement and the issue is overlooked by the Director, because he barely speaks English and is only looking to finish his 4 years work contract. PTO policy is pro-rated, Not carried over and HR often goes back and forth on this issue.
