Great Company with big name in IT world. Great benefits, wonderful culture, awesome growth and good pay.

As a Client Relationship Associate the growth is limited, especially if you are located in Utah. I am not saying that you can't grow in fact a lot of my co-workers have been able to become Sr. CRA's or Managers but after that it plateaus unless you are willing to move to Florida or Connecticut.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
