Vantaggi

Position is great to establish yourself in sales or the technology industry. Great training. Reasonable work/life balance. It is a great resume builder, as many of the great companies are Gartner clients.

Svantaggi

Most managers micromanage to the extreme. Repetitive internal meetings that eat away at what should be client facing time. Besides in the main headquarters, their is little room to move or for promotion. Work hours are not flexible at all.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
