Was a fantastic place to work if you are the mature sales person I am, but new management changes in 2010 have driven people out, commission plan changed resulting in lower earning potential, one rule for one, another for another! Betrayed by management on accounts and commissions. Now a manage by fear, micro management, bad team environment . Nobody is happy and passionate about their job. Real shame, but why work so hard and be treated like a nobody and a junior for such bad money!

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
