This company is absolutely the worst company to work for, especially the Canadian office. Disrespectfully low paying wages, long hours, sub-par benefits and unqualified upper management. Micromanagement seems to be the only way this company knows how to function, no appraisal system. HR department is absolutely useless in helping you excel in your career. Mass lay offs are happening because VPs and Directors have basically sunk the company with poor management and investments and they need to cut losses (which they believe are their own staff). Do not work for this company!!!
