big enough company for stability some great project managers hr actually cares socially conscious the partners/C-suite actually care and have talks with employees they give bonuses on good quarters sometimes great supply of work tools very accepting and relatively less white than competitors

the pay is below average no programmed bonuses no performance incentives still too white

Good Work Life Balence, Frequent Salary Increase

I don't have much to say because mostly it is a consultancy based company, so 99% of the things are decided by the end client!
