Dear feedback giver, thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to hear you enjoy the working atmosphere at Trusted Shops. We know how demanding any sales job can be, especially in economic rough situations (like pandemics, wars, etc.), and therefore support our sales colleagues with inhouse sales coaches and personal development measures to develop and use their potential. From the beginning on we work with open and transparent feedback between each Trustee and their People Manager. Indeed this feedback is not shared with the whole team but is discussed for the protection of the person concerned only in personal conversations. I’m sad to hear you are thinking of leaving the company.
