      Beautiful image, uncertain future

      The company is large, modern, open, with remote work positions. Training and equipment necessary for working from home is provided. However, work-related stress is very high and the demands do not coincide with the salary offered. In recent months many people have been fired on the same day and I am afraid for my job. I think I will look for another job.

      Dear feedback giver, thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to hear you enjoy the working atmosphere at Trusted Shops. We know how demanding any sales job can be, especially in economic rough situations (like pandemics, wars, etc.), and therefore support our sales colleagues with inhouse sales coaches and personal development measures to develop and use their potential. From the beginning on we work with open and transparent feedback between each Trustee and their People Manager. Indeed this feedback is not shared with the whole team but is discussed for the protection of the person concerned only in personal conversations. I’m sad to hear you are thinking of leaving the company. I would be happy if you would contact either your People Business Partner or your People Manager to talk about your current concerns or situation.       Lavoro usurante, monotono e poco remunerativo. Azienda con grandi possibilità sulla carta ma pochi riscontri tangibili. Non consiglio di lavorare qui

It is precisely the diversity of our customers from different sectors that sets us apart from other companies. As a sales colleague, you are not limited to specific areas, but advise small online shops to key accounts across all sectors. Depending on the industry and size, your target group has different wishes and needs, so every consultation is different. You also sell complex products that sometimes require a lot of advice. You will be supported by our internal sales coaches so that you can constantly develop your skills. I see you have already left us. I wish you all the best for your further career. Kathrin
