- they don’t invest in people (even after 5-6 years); - they rather employ people without experience than to give tou any raise - chaos when it comes to documentation, missing or without any updates for 20 years - they have this medium rating due to forcing some of the employees when they change positions to rate (5 stars) it here. In reality this rating should be around 1-2 stars - unprofessional management, Project Managers without any experience in banking, some of them were in sales, or even selling heating boilers. Now they run multi-milion projects. - it doesn’t matter if you are right, if the manager wants like that you need to execute - it feels like comunism, witgout tve liberty to express yourself - when you talk bad about company with other colleagues from other departments, they will tend to bend their had down, everyone afraid to talk due to bad management
