Each interview question was clearly aligned with these competencies, which allowed me to prepare by selecting relevant work examples that demonstrated my experience and alignment with Amazon's leadership principles. The process included four back-to-back interviews, which was intense and a bit overwhelming at times, but overall it was a great experience. It was not only a valuable opportunity to reflect on my past work but also beneficial in gaining a deeper understanding of the Amazon way of working.
