Very long with unnecessary steps. You had to have a pre interview interview with a pre interview to learn what type of questions they were going to ask you. None of them were very applicable to the job itself

Interview was long. 5 interviews. Most interviewers were nice. Just a long interview. Questions all Leadership principles. First was a screen, then hiring manager, then loop and bar raiser. No technical question were given.

A week after applying received a link to an online assessment. A few days after completing the assessment was moved forward to a 1 hour call with the senior manager who asked questions related to the principles and accounting. Received a rejection the next day.
It was strange I didn’t speak to a recruiter and all communication was done by automated emails but maybe the process is affected by layoffs.
