The online application initially proceeds with an online assessment. It was testing data analysis and interpretation. There were behavioural questions, as well. where it asks you how you are in certain situations in the workplace.

Applying for an HR Role. I went through 2 interviews and 2 set of tests. After they have been successful, they asked me for 3 references, which was a 20 minutes chat with people I worked or studiet with in the past. No offer extended

Processo di selezione insensato e, inizialmente, nessuna interazione umana.
Laddove superi lo screening del CV, devi affrontare 5 lunghissime tasks (che potrebbero impegnarti per un lungo e interminabile pomeriggio) e, se ti considerano meritevole, puoi accedere alla fase successiva, ossia il primo colloquio con una persona fisica.
