The hiring process is not an easy one.
First of all, there are two batches of problems to solve, some are pure logical while others are technical.
If you succeed, you're invited to a couple of interviews with their recruiters and engineers.
The recruiting process will make you feel comfortable, both the recruiters and engineers are very kind and let you take your time before answering, without any pressure at all.
It's not an easy or short process, but it's worth it.

It took me more than 8 hours to take the interviews. It is an exhausting process. The coding part was not very well prepared. They should add a proper text editing input.
Il colloquio è stato di tipo conoscitivo, con domande su di me e su come lavoro in gruppo, ed è durato circa 70min. L'intervistatore ha fatto di tutto per mettermi a mio agio e farmi sentire rilassato.
