Interview was around past projects and subject fundamentals to get clarity. Also scenarios were asked from past projects and hypothetical ones on how to handle them as a leader. It was a decent experience for me given i was moving in the same sector

Colloquio
Interviewed for the position of S&O Manager. Three rounds with round 1 with a senior manager and was a competency based interview with questions like - Where do you see yourself in 5 years, why leaving current org. etc.
Round 2 was a case study interview with a director. Case study was a bit lengthy but I was prepared for it. Case study consisted of 45 mins preparation time + 30 mins discussion on the same.
Round 3 was with the partner. This was a short 30 mins CV and competency based interview.
