First I was given a phone interview that is very basic to make sure you are what you claim to be on your resume. After that I received a phone interview the the manager who was doing the hiring which was pretty basic and just went over the job requirements and how I would be able to fill them. After passing the phone interviews I had an on site interview with the a couple of the managers. Before the interview you have to take a 22min IQ test with around 120 questions. All the questions are pretty basic but there are some numeric pattern questions that can catch you off guard. I was unable to finish seeing I skipped a few questions on the way. The time really flies during the test and it is pretty tricky. The interview consisted of going over my resume and then some behavioral interview questions. Then I was giving a SQL statement case study which I failed because I had used SQL in the past but it had been a year so I was extremely rusty. The rest of the interview went well. A week and a half later I received an email stating they were offering the position to someone else. I thanked them for the time and inquired what my shortcomings where to help me improve for interviews in the future and they said they wanted someone with more SQL experience.
